For the 36-month aging of this precious brandy we have chosen a medium toasted French oak barrique, used for a single short cycle of wine aging.
The choice was dictated by the need to enhance the intensely fruity notes present in the young distillate, still clearly perceptible after this long rest in wood.
Notes
Visual examination: Intense golden with amber reflections.
Olfactory Analysis: Elegant and refined, it combines ethereal notes of black cherry in alcohol with hints of candied cedar, oak and vanilla.
Gustatory Analysis: On the palate it is warm, balanced, persuasive. Very persistent with hints of tobacco, licorice and cinnamon.
