Alfeno

Rosso DOC Montecucco 2017

Sangiovese 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%
Produced with selected Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
This wine is vinified on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Refinement takes place in French oak barrels for at least 12 months, over 3 months in the bottle. With a very intense deep ruby color, and an intense aroma with spicy notes, it has a tannic, structured and powerful body.

Montecucco Sangiovese DOCG Riserva 2015

100% Sangiovese
Massive thinning is the prerogative to obtain this Montecucco Sangiovese Riserva D.O.C.G.
To obtain this Sangiovese alla vine, less than 1 kg is produced. of grapes per plant, the longer fermentation at a controlled temperature allows maximum extraction of color and tannins.

Left to rest for at least 30 months in oak barrels, it ends the refinement in the bottle where it can remain for several years. The color is very intense deep ruby and the scent is intoxicating and full of oak woods. With a very tannic and structured flavor, it goes particularly well with red meat dishes.

Rosso DOC Montecucco Riserva 2013

Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Merlot 12% (11 parts), Sangiovese 68% (23 parts)
Produced with selected Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot grapes. This wine is vinified on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Aging takes place in French oak barrels for at least 18 months, over 6 months in the bottle. With a very intense deep ruby color, and an intense aroma with spicy notes, it has a tannic, structured and powerful body.

Sangiovese Montecucco DOCG 2015

100% Sangiovese
Produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes selected at the time of harvest, after the usual fermentation at a controlled temperature, it is left to rest in oak barrels for about 12 months.

This Sangiovese D.O.C.G. it also needs a refinement in the bottle that enhances the bouquet and softens the taste. With a soft and velvety flavor and ruby color, it goes perfectly with red meat dishes.

Syrah

Syrah 100%
Pleasant surprise for our company this Syrah wine is produced with carefully chosen grapes and selected from Syrah vines.
Done firm

ntare in open barrels with frequent lowering of the cap of marc we obtain a product with particularly intense aromas.
Aged in oak barrels for 18 months, it is refined in the bottle for at least another 6 months.
With an intense ruby color and a tannic and structured flavor, it goes well with tasty and succulent dishes.

Sara Rosè

Igt Toscana 2018

Typical geographical indication 100% Sangiovese
Sangiovese grapes are harvested by hand in the first weeks of September. It is then lightly pressed and only the juice goes to ferment, the skins are removed and the must is immediately refrigerated.

Fermentation begins only after a couple of days, strictly at a controlled temperature and can last even more than two weeks. After which the wine is aged in steel for about 4 months, is filtered and bottled.

The main feature of Sara Rosè rosé are its particular and intense aromas of peach, apricot, pineapple and grapefruit that make it a perfect match for white meats, fish and cheeses.

Vermentino

Montecucco DOC 2019

Vermentino 100%
Vermentino grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of September and immediately pressed to extract the juice.
The must ferments for at least 15 days at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromas as much as possible.

Then it is aged in steel for about 4 months, filtered and bottled.
The aromas of grapefruit and fresh flowers that characterize Vermentino wine make it a perfect match with fish and white meat dishes.

Introduction and flavor:
Fresh and clean, it opens with a slight sweet sensation followed by a pleasant bitter and spicy charge of medium intensity, persistence rich in vegetal notes dominated by the herbaceous sensation of artichoke.

Description and combinations:
Medium fruity, with herbaceous notes of artichoke and ripe fruit and to a lesser degree of tomato.
Raw on soups, vegetables, legumes, meats, bruschetta, pinzimonio, salads, medium-flavored fish.
