Introduction:
Produced with selected Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot grapes.
This wine is vinified on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Aging takes place in French oak barrels for at least 18 months, over 6 months in the bottle.

Description and combinations:
With a very intense deep ruby color, and an intense aroma with spicy notes, it has a tannic, structured and powerful body.
Particularly suitable for combinations with structured first courses, with red sauces, game, stewed and red meats, aged cheeses and dark cocoa desserts.
