This wine is vinified on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Refinement takes place in French oak tonneaux (4.5 hl) for at least 6 months, over 3 months in the bottle

Description and combinations:
Intense ruby red color, fruity nose with notes of spices and flowers, balanced and soft in the mouth
Particularly suitable with meat-based combinations such as fillet, sliced, game.
